To apply for Pharlabs Mexico Pro/Am & Expo, please follow these instructions:

1. Fill out the OFFICIAL Pharlabs Mexico Pro/Am & Expo 2025 MEDIA APPLICATION FORM

2. E-mail the application to pslavek@pharlabspremium.org

3. All applications must be received no later than August 1, 2025, to be considered (NO EXCEPTIONS).

4. You will receive an email after August 1, 2025, to inform you of the status of your request along with credential pick-up instructions if your request is approved. We recommend you submit your application form as soon as possible since we have a limited number of media credentials available.

5. AMake sure to include all your contact information as requested on the application form so that we can contact you regarding your request.
